Attached are the Agenda for the January 21, 2012 Annual Meeting of the Congress of the United States Volunteers and the Minutes of the 2011 Meeting.

As previously announced, there will not be a voting process on Saturday morning between 0700 and 0800 as the “slate” has one candidate for each position. There being no contested positions, there is no need for an elections process. What will happen is when Capt Perlotto presents the slate of unopposed candidates, one Line Company Commander will propose that the Corporate Secretary be directed to cast one vote for the slate as presented. This effectively removes the need for balloting.
The schedule for Saturday’s meetings will be as follows:
REGIMENTAL MEETINGS BEGIN at 8:30 a.m.
CIVILIAN MEETING BEGINS at 8:30 a.m.
BRIGADE MEETING BEGINS at 10:30 a.m.
